Job Summary
Orthodontic Clinician II responsible for delivering a positive clinical experience under the supervision of an Orthodontist. Duties include placing/removing orthodontic appliances and taking full records, ensuring efficient patient flow, reviewing charts, performing laboratory procedures, assisting with patient checks and flow, monitoring remote patient data, educating patients on orthodontic care and remote monitoring, sterilizing equipment, supporting infection-control policies, and assisting in local store marketing and community events. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and relevant orthodontic/radiography certifications as per state Dental Board; minimum 1 year orthodontic experience or 6 months as Clinician I; CPR as required. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one (1) year of previous Orthodontic experience or six (6) months experience as Smile Doctor’s Orthodontic Clinician I
- Dental Assistant certification if required by state Dental Board
- Radiography certification if required by state Dental Board
- CPR certification if required by state Dental Board
