Job Summary
Responsible for delivering a positive clinical experience to all patients while adhering to company policies and state dental laws under the supervision of an Orthodontist. Key responsibilities include assisting in placing and removing orthodontic appliances, performing accurate procedures to maintain patient flow, reviewing patient charts, conducting laboratory procedures, administering remote patient monitoring, and educating patients on orthodontic care. Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage schedules, and be certified as a Dental Assistant, CPR, and Radiography as required by state boards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one (1) year of previous Orthodontic experience or six (6) months experience as a Smile Doctor’s Orthodontic Clinician I
- Dental Assistant certification if required by state Dental Board
- Radiography certification if required by state Dental Board
- CPR certification if required by state Dental Board
