Job Summary
Orthodontic Assistant needed to support Orthodontist with exams and treatments. Responsibilities include preparing operatories, sterilizing equipment, assisting during orthodontic procedures (placing/removing wires, coil springs, bands, retainers) under direct supervision, conducting digital scans, helping fabricate customized appliances and retainers, educating patients on treatment plans and appliance care, and accurately recording treatment notes while collaborating with the team to ensure efficient patient care. This role supports clinic operations in Bryant, AR and Little Rock Chenal.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in dental or orthodontic assisting
- Familiarity with orthodontic appliances, procedures, and terminology
