Job Summary
Orthodontic Assistant to support doctor team: chairside assistance with placing/removing orthodontic appliances, taking X-rays and facial/oral photographs, fabricating retainers, maintaining patient charts, stocking and sterilizing treatment rooms, and assisting with patient education on orthodontic care. Candidates should have knowledge of orthodontics and related equipment, strong communication, confidentiality, dependability, and 1-3 years of related experience; education requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent. Location: Vestavia Hills, Alabama; position described as a pool of interested candidates to be contacted when openings arise.
