Job Summary
Coordinate patient care and treatment while assisting the orthodontist during procedures, including taking X-rays, preparing materials, and providing chairside support. Maintain a clean and sterile environment by following proper infection control protocols and regularly sterilizing instruments. Assist with cementation of bands and bracket placement while delivering excellent customer service to patients. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, ensuring a warm, courteous experience for every child and family. Work Monday through Thursday from 8:15am to 5:00pm, with one Saturday rotation monthly. Required Qualifications
- Warm, friendly, courteous, and enjoys working with children
- Punctual, responsible, and a fast learner
- Ability to multitask is critical
- Be receptive to training and coaching on best practices
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:15am-5:00pm, and 1 Saturday a month
Desired Qualifications
- Previous orthodontics experience is preferred but not required
