Job Summary
Assist the Orthodontist with patients to ensure high-quality care under licensed supervision. Perform clinical and technical procedures, prepare operatories/equipment, and support the doctor during examinations and orthodontic treatment. Communicate treatment needs clearly to parents and patients, manage consent forms and prior authorization requirements, maintain patient comfort and safety, and document all treatment rendered in electronic and paper records. Also handle general housekeeping/restocking and contribute to a positive, team-focused office culture. The role requires orthodontic assisting experience, familiarity with orthodontic appliances, strong customer service, independence, and the ability to anticipate the doctor and team needs. Clinic hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with a lunch break; compensation includes competitive pay and a monthly bonus, plus benefits and growth opportunities within Rock Dental Brands in Orlando." ,
Required Qualifications
