Job Summary
Regional Orthobiologic Business Manager in the Eastern US, responsible for building trust with surgeons and distributors, achieving regional sales quotas, recruiting and training independent distributors, driving adoption of Baxter's bone graft solutions, maintaining a strong pipeline via CRM/forecasting, and representing Baxter at events while leveraging clinical knowledge for in-depth product discussions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience OR 8+ years of operating room sales experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Clinical background and experience highly preferred (spine preferred)
- Hospital-based selling in the operating room experience
- Experience leading a large territory
- Ability to negotiate, execute, manage, and enforce sales contracts
- Strong communication of product value and clinical information
- Autonomy to achieve goals and adapt to market dynamics
- Travel requirement at least 50%
- Valid driver's license
