Ortho Spinal Surgery Clinical Nurse - (Part-Time) Nights

Provide direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within orthopedic and acute rehabilitation standards. Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration while promoting patient safety and regulatory compliance. Develop and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum. Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, including patient preferences and barriers related to values, culture, and spiritual needs. Work 2–12-hour night shifts every third weekend and holiday on a modified self-scheduling basis.
