Ortho Spinal Surgery Clinical Nurse providing direct patient care on a 34-bed orthopedic/spine unit with 12-hour night shifts. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care, promotion of patient and family-centered care, ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance, developing and documenting individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team, and facilitating care transitions from acute to home settings.
