Job Summary
Develop and execute product marketing plans for designated Stryker products to expand market opportunities in China. Prepare promotional materials, organize product launches, and conduct training for the sales team. Assist with registration and pricing matters while partnering with AP marketing to drive medium and long-term growth through innovative programs. Perform market research by identifying customer needs, analyzing competitor information, and studying industry trends. Establish and maintain VIP relationships, assist in organizing clinical studies when necessary, and manage marketing expense budgets effectively. This role supports the Marketing Manager/Business Director to develop strategies that improve patient and hospital outcomes across Orthopaedics, Medical, Surgical, and Neurotechnology segments.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years experience in sales and/or marketing role with the responsibility of product management within medical device or pharmaceutical industry
- Proficient in MS Office suite of products such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proactive to support both internal and external customers
- Proficient in both written & spoken English
- Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
- Ability to develop clear & logical plans for self and/or others
- High level of responsibility

Desired Qualifications
- Degree holder in Medicine, or medical related preferred
