Job Summary
Assist the doctor in procedures, take x-rays and IOs, and perform prophylaxis cleanings while instructing patients on oral hygiene. Sterilize instruments, set up and breakdown treatment rooms, and chart cavities and treatment plans with the doctor. Maintain compliance with Nevada dental standards throughout daily care delivery. This role supports dental care delivery at CHOICE Healthcare Services, the largest pediatric dental provider in the Southwest United States.
Required Qualifications
- X-Ray Nevada certification or affidavit
- BLS certification
- 4-hour Infection Control certification
Desired Qualifications
- Certification from a dental college OR three to six months related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
