Motivate the team to achieve store productivity goals and develop a selling culture by modeling exemplary customer service and sales techniques. Assist management in analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly sales data to create action plans, while tracking KPI metrics to ensure they are communicated and achieved. Train and supervise all store associates on customer service, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and store operations, ensuring case lines remain clean and pricing is correct. Lead the team to maintain adequate sales floor coverage and manage the store independently when the General Manager and Assistant Manager are absent. Work flexible days, evenings, and weekends to support business needs.
