Orlando Int'l Outlet Store - Sales Associate/Key Holder

Motivate the team to achieve store productivity goals by developing action plans and analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly sales. Lead the store when the General Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, ensuring adequate sales floor coverage and maintaining clean case lines with correct pricing. Train and supervise all associates on customer service, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and store operations while modeling exemplary selling techniques. Achieve personal sales goals and work with management to track KPI metrics and build long-term client relationships. This part-time Key Holder role requires flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends, with retail jewelry and watch experience highly desirable.
