Job Summary
Document system configurations, workflows, and process flows for Canadian projects within LOS and XLOS platforms. Identify documentation gaps, recommend improvements, and maintain centralized repositories using version control. Create detailed artifacts including rules, formulas, data mappings, and process flow diagrams while ensuring accuracy with product, QA, and operations teams. Partner with the Sprint Manager to develop JIRA stories and test plans, and assist in onboarding junior members. Apply established guidelines to support configuration and implementation needs across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in auto finance lending or related industry
- Minimum two (3) years of experience in Systems Analyst, QA, configuration, or similar role
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Proven ability to create detailed process documentation and workflows
- Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data flow concepts
- Ability to translate business requirements into documentation artifacts
- Experience with LOS/XLOS or similar configurable loan origination systems
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong attention to detail and prioritization capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or related field
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA, Dallas, TX, Detroit, MI, Houston, TX, Phoenix, AZ
- Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States
- An applicant must be authorized to work in the United States to be eligible for this position
- Stellantis Financial Services, Inc. will not sponsor applicants for work visas of any type for this position
- Ability to work various shifts to accommodate business needs between the hours of 8AM-6PM Monday-Friday and weekends as needed
- Overtime Required as required on an as needed basis
- Travel 0-10% as required on an as needed basis
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with documentation governance or standardization efforts
- Familiarity with data lineage or data mapping concepts
- Experience with Confluence, SharePoint, JIRA or documentation tools
- Exposure to automation or AI-assisted documentation tools
