Job Summary
Manage branch operations while personally originating residential loans; recruit, train, and motivate Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) to achieve production goals; build and maintain referral relationships to drive new business; ensure quality control and compliance with company and investor guidelines; deliver exceptional customer experience from application through closing; requires active MLO license and strong knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and other lending programs; demonstrated leadership and relationship management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license required
- In-depth knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and other lending programs
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Strong communication and relationship management abilities
