Organizing Director - Pennsylvania

Job Summary
Lead a results-driven statewide team of direct voter contact and organizing professionals, overseeing implementation of all in-state programs and setting benchmarks for voter contact, grassroots engagement, and GOTV. Collaborate with digital and state leadership to execute strategic statewide plans around economic fairness, education, and racial justice, while coaching regional directors and innovating approaches to engage diverse constituencies. Create campaign scripts, monitor volunteer engagement on online platforms, and report qualitative and quantitative metrics to stakeholders. Maintain daily check-ins with regional directors and manage staff remotely, ensuring compliance and program deliverables. This role runs through November 2026 with 75% travel across Pennsylvania.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ cycles of campaign experience
- at least 2 cycles of organizing and management experience
- An understanding of Michigan's legislative and political landscape
- Ability to work and adapt to a changing political and policy landscape
- Experience with strategic planning including the ability to develop short and long-term statewide plans
