Job Summary
Organized Retail Crime Agent / Loss Prevention Specialist responsible for deterring theft and apprehending shoplifters through undercover surveillance; asset recovery and safe apprehensions; maintaining compliance with laws and company policies on apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation; preparing incident reports and testifying in court; and performing related duties. Requires two+ years in loss prevention, proficiency with PC and iOS, CCTV knowledge, state guard certification, and flexible availability including overtime. Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Two plus years loss prevention experience
- Proficient in PC and iOS hardware and software
- General operating knowledge of retail security camera equipment and CCTV
- Complete and maintain state guard certification as prescribed by presiding state law, as well as all client requested certification
- Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer service
- Have flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun) and willingness to assist the team with overtime when needed
