Job Summary
The Organized Retail Crime Agent is responsible for conducting undercover surveillance to detect and apprehend shoplifters, recovering assets and making safe apprehensions, and maintaining strict compliance with laws and company policies. This role includes preparing incident reports related to theft incidents and may involve testifying in court regarding civil or criminal cases. Candidates must have two plus years of loss prevention experience and complete required state guard certifications. Proficiency in PC and iOS hardware, and general operating knowledge of retail security cameras and CCTV is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Two plus years loss prevention experience
- Complete and maintain state guard certification as prescribed by presiding state law
- Dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm
- Ability to deliver high level of customer service
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in PC and iOS hardware and software
- General operating knowledge of retail security camera equipment and CCTV
- Flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun)
