Job Summary
Organizational Effectiveness Specialist to design, execute, and continuously improve organizational and team effectiveness initiatives. Lead smaller initiatives and support cross-functional efforts with structured problem-solving and project management to drive data-driven decisions and impact. Partner with IT and business stakeholders to enable technology adoption, scale change management capabilities, support department-level change initiatives (e.g., reorganizations, technology implementations), and improve HR department effectiveness. Develop communication materials and presentations to convey moderately complex concepts to diverse audiences; analyze organizational challenges using qualitative and quantitative data; collaborate across business units to drive alignment and deliverables on multiple concurrent projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Human Resources, Business Psychology, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (6+ years) OR Master’s degree and relevant work experience; or equivalent work experience
- Foundational knowledge of organizational effectiveness, change management, and/or HR transformation concepts
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative data to assess organizational health and diagnose performance challenges
- Effective communication skills across diverse formats
- Collaboration across functions and data-driven decision making
- Learning agility and willingness to develop expertise in change management methodologies
