Job Summary
Lead organization design by conducting current state assessments and future state designs for operating models and structures. Drive strategic workforce planning for client groups and establish robust global workforce planning disciplines. Provide quarterly Key Performance Indicator updates and deep-dive analytics to support root-cause analysis and informed decision-making. Actively identify opportunities to automate reporting dashboards and streamline processes based on internal lessons and external best practices. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to convey complex data and concepts while handling confidential information discreetly. This role joins the Global Organizational Effectiveness team, partnering with business leaders to build a healthy, effective organization. Flexibility to travel internationally is required, anticipated at 15-20% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in organization design, strategic workforce planning, and Human Resources data and analytics
- Business fluency in English
- Proven ability to analyze data, derive actionable insights, and present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences
- Strong project management and organization skills
- Attention to detail
- Curiosity to understand 'the why'
- Familiarity with the Workday platform and its functionality
- Comfort level in challenging the status quo
- Flexibility to travel internationally
- Travel anticipated 15 - 20% of the time
