Job Summary
Organizational Development Specialist to work in the Richmond, VA area, focusing on diagnostics and change management to align people, processes, structure, and culture with strategy. Responsibilities include conducting organizational diagnostics, designing structures and workflows, leading change management, developing leadership and team development initiatives, translating business strategy into actionable talent plans, and establishing KPIs with adoption feedback loops. Requires ability to travel for projects; Mesa cannot sponsor a work visa. Strong engagement with leaders/teams and data-driven capabilities are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in organizational development, management consulting or related disciplines
- Strengths in analytics, facilitation, relationship building, stakeholder engagement, and change management frameworks
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable organizational interventions
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Ability to travel for project requirements
- Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and individual contributors
- Ability to drive adoption of change initiatives and deliver sustained improvements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; scheduling software; working knowledge of corporate accounting practices and business operations
- Safety compliance knowledge for Mesa requirements
