Job Summary

Conceptualize, formulate, and implement employee engagement policies and programs to strengthen belonging and embody core values. Partner with senior management to drive purpose-led culture initiatives, organize events, and foster diversity and inclusion. Lead talent management strategies including reviews, development plans, and retention programs while managing performance systems, goal-setting, and compensation decisions. Conduct engagement surveys, analyze data, and coordinate change management efforts across business functions. Oversee HR compliance for all offices and stores, manage Ministry inspections, ensure foreign employee adherence to Labor Law, and handle SCARAB system employee management.

Required Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Cambodia Labor Law
  • Ability to handle inspections from the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training
  • Experience updating Notification and Prakas
  • Familiarity with relevant associations or Ministries training and workshops
  • Ability to participate in training or workshops provided by relevant associations or Ministries
  • Experience with SCARAB system for employee management
  • Ability to oversee EFG (Express Food Group) HR compliance for all offices and stores facilities
  • Ability to design or implement improvements in communication, monitoring, and enforcement of compliance standards
  • Ability to make sure that all foreign employee met with the Cambodia Labor Law required
  • Ability to support recruitment as required

  • Experience fostering workplace diversity and inclusion culture
  • Experience leading and strategizing talent management including talent review, individual development plan, and talent development & retention programs
  • Experience driving diversity efforts to facilitate staff development, retention and engagement
  • Experience managing overall performance management system including goal-setting, quarterly reviews, mid-year reviews, performance appraisal, performance calibration, increments, and bonuses
  • Experience driving employee engagement via partnering with business functions
  • Experience conducting employee engagement surveys and interviews
  • Experience performing data clean-up, data analyses, and report write-ups
  • Experience identifying initiatives required to enhance employee engagement and job performance
  • Experience providing support to line functions on change management initiatives
  • Experience coordinating with all head of brand/department manager/line manager to facilitate, monitor the progress of initiatives and feedback for improvement
  • Experience creating new initiatives for workplace, leadership, and programs to enhance key components
  • Experience analyzing monthly feedbacks from employees and surveys
  • Experience discussing with GM, head of brand and department manager and looking for improvement
  • Experience visiting employees at stores to share company policies, compliance, benefits, and collect feedback for improvement
