Job Summary
Lead the OD team in organizational analyses, design interventions to drive change, and oversee strategic plan creation. Manage project risks and decisions while examining current structures to develop workforce plans meeting client needs. Facilitate consensus-building discussions, design leadership development programs, and execute change management strategies. Assess team dysfunctions, evaluate workplace culture, and implement action plans. Provide trusted advisory support to senior executives and internal teams. Occasional travel to Guam required; base salary $125,000–$145,000. Located in Kapolei, Oahu.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field (Business Administration, Psychology, Health and Human Services, etc.)
- Master's Degree, in Organization Development, or Human Resources Management
- 7+ years' experience leading an organization development team or equivalent that designs and deploys organization change initiatives
- A high level of comfort navigating ambiguity and uncertainty, organized thinking and communication skills, and a willingness to engage in both strategic design and tactical implementation
- Advanced knowledge of adult learning practices, succession planning, high potential and leadership development, organization design, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational culture development
- Experience strategically assessing an organization through multi-pronged analysis, solution design and execution
- Strong knowledge and experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM), operational readiness training, and communications
- Supporting the client from 8 am to 12 pm Tuesday through Friday Chamorro Standard Time (ChST)
- Travel to Guam is expected to be occasional
- Travel of up to 50%
