Job Summary
Lead organization development projects (organization design, strategy deployment) and collaborate with HR leadership to design and deliver programs that improve organizational effectiveness. Utilize OD tools and methods across design, strategy development, deployment, assessment, and change management; identify gaps and risks from multiple data sources and communicate status to leadership; produce clear, detailed documentation and facilitate development and training activities.
