Job Summary
The Organizational Design and Effectiveness (OD&E) Manager will manage strategic projects across Deloitte Global, focusing on AI and automation integration. Responsibilities include leading redesign initiatives, conducting current state assessments, managing stakeholder relationships, and utilizing analytical tools. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in a relevant field, emphasizing strong project management and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent required
- 7+ years of experience in a Human Capital, Strategy Consulting, and/or Org Design role for a large, global, matrixed organization
- Significant experience in change management, operating model redesign, and organizational design, preferably on global projects/initiatives
- Strong consultative skills and client service orientation
- Experience leveraging AI-driven tools and data analytics platforms in organizational design or organizational effectiveness projects
- Familiarity with the impact of AI and automation on operating models and workforce structures
- Ability to interpret AI-generated insights to inform organizational design recommendations and strategies
- Exceptional project manager

- Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience

- Ability to zoom-in and out, as well as work across all levels
