Organizational Change Specialist

Job Summary
Support the development and implementation of change management strategies aligned with business objectives by conducting impact assessments and building plans that address the people side of organizational transformation. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in while facilitating workshops and engagement sessions to promote understanding and commitment. Design and deliver clear, targeted messaging plans and training materials in partnership with Learning & Development to support adoption across diverse audiences. Track progress of change initiatives, measure adoption rates, and provide regular reports and recommendations to leadership on change effectiveness. This hybrid position (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the office) is based out of the Maple Plain location.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents (green card holders) or foreign nationals granted refugee or asylee status
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Change Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field — or comparable experience
- 2+ years of professional experience in any industry or function
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing environments
- Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools including SharePoint, Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), and Outlook; familiarity with AI technologies
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to changing business needs
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement
- Demonstrated empathy, curiosity, and a passion for helping people navigate change
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
