Job Summary
Organizational Change Manager I supports change initiatives across the Commercial Bank, partnering with the Commercial OCM team, project delivery teams, and stakeholders. Focus areas include developing and executing employee-facing communications, maintaining regular communications cadences, driving employee engagement, leading interactive employee-focused forums, and managing a change network to enable champions. Also responsibilities include coordinating reporting, dashboards, tracking communications and engagement metrics, coordinating team activities (shared inbox, logistics), and supporting onboarding at orientations. The role emphasizes clear, engaging messaging, collaboration with internal partners to ensure alignment, and the ability to adapt to new initiatives and priorities while delivering timely, high-quality work.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years relevant experience) in business, communications, change management, transformation, experience design, or similar
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex concepts and apply independent judgment
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and building strong partnerships
- Foundational knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, or tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver high-quality work on time in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable presenting in virtual settings to large audiences
- Experience with collaboration/communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, FirstUp, Seismic, WebEx, Teams)
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience or equivalent combination as described in the posting
