Job Summary
Guidehouse seeks an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to support a Department of State bureau in managing technological and structural transitions, ensuring continuity, resilience, and successful adoption of new systems and processes. The role shapes and executes change management strategies for diverse international audiences, designs and delivers targeted communications, coordinates enterprise-wide change impacts, and engages stakeholders across bureaus, posts, leadership teams, and functional partners. The specialist develops executive-ready materials, supports training and user adoption efforts, monitors change effectiveness, and drives continuous improvement, while aligning with Department of State governance and translating strategic program objectives into actionable change activities for global adoption.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Active and maintained SECRET security clearance (federal or DoD)
- Two years or more of experience supporting communications and change management initiatives
- Foundational understanding of Prosci, ADKAR, or similar change frameworks
