Job Summary
Lead the design of scalable operating models and competitive, value-driven total rewards structures to attract, motivate, and retain top talent. Responsibilities include reviewing and optimizing business units/functions to reduce layers and resolve role redundancies; designing and rolling out incentive schemes (STI/LTI) aligned with business growth; evaluating and calibrating 100% of new and existing roles using standardized methodologies (e.g., Hay Group/Mercer) to ensure internal equity and clear career paths; building and maintaining dynamic data models/dashboards for personnel cost planning, attrition risks, and compa-ratio analysis to support decision-making for the P&C Manager. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or Finance and a minimum of 6–8 years of professional HR experience with at least 3–4 years in Organization Design and Total Rewards; certification in a recognized global grading methodology is highly preferred. The role emphasizes analytical, data-driven thinking with high EQ and discretion, and alignment with an Ownership, Not Permission operating style.
