Job Summary
Design target operating models, conduct efficiency diagnostics, and enable client transformations through rigorous analysis and people-led change management. You will manage complex problem structuring, lead analysis synthesis, and develop actionable recommendations while collaborating with clients and senior team members. Support junior colleagues, execute discrete tasks, and drive project execution across organisation design, cost reduction, and culture initiatives. This role requires fluency in English and German, three years of relevant experience, and the ability to travel. Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or similar organization) or with industry experience from a strategy department or inhouse consulting with a focus on organisational performance
- Fluency in English and German language
- An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
- Willingness to travel
