Job Summary
Lead the team through an efficient problem-solving process from initial thought to solution convergence, ensuring recommendations are correct, practical, and cohesive. Drive organisational performance by designing target operating models, conducting efficiency diagnostics, and enabling successful transformations through people-led change management. Forge strong relationships with clients and colleagues while delivering breakthroughs in structure, capabilities, and culture. This role demands thought leadership at the strategic level combined with command of technical execution details. You will work fluidly with a talented team to solve our clients' biggest problems, leveraging deep expertise in organisation design and operating model transformation.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or similar organization) or with industry experience from a strategy department or inhouse consulting with a focus on organisational performance
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills and ability to conduct and leverage sophisticated analyses to identify trends, draw conclusions and present recommendations
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings
- Fluency in English and German language
- An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
- Willingness to travel
