Job Summary
Coordinate innovation and transformation initiatives by administering evaluation panel meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and managing internal awards at the Whole-of-Government level. Support AI adoption through secretariat duties for steering committees, organizing workshops and focus group discussions, and producing communications on transformation initiatives. Maintain records and documentation for management review, including payroll templates, innovation statistics, and brainstorming fund utilization reports. Liaise with relevant departments on verification and approval processes for award nominations and recipients. This 11-month contract role sits within the Transformation & Organisation Development team, assisting with stakeholder engagement and related communications for PUB's innovation portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Social Sciences, Public Administration, Human Resource Management or related disciplines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders
- Meticulous, resourceful and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- This is a 11-months contract position
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in event coordination, project administration, awards administration or stakeholder engagement
- Experience in data consolidation, report preparation and records management
- Familiarity with WOG productivity tools (e.g M365 CoPilot, Pairchat) and design platforms (e.g Canva)
