Job Summary
Consultant role in Organisational Effectiveness & Agility focusing on operating model design, governance frameworks, cost/productivity optimisation, integration of new business units, and shaping ways of working to enable agile, human-centred, and efficient organisations. Responsibilities include translating strategic priorities into practical structures, processes, and governance; designing target operating models; driving data-driven insights using tools like OrgVue to assess workforce structures and performance; and contributing to cross-functional initiatives across multiple industries. Required skills include enterprise transformation experience (1-3 years), understanding of organisational design and governance, exposure to transformação levers (cost optimisation, capability building, integration), familiarity with delivery tools (OrgVue, Jira, Planview) and agile/OKR methodologies, strong analytical/problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with a collaborative, proactive mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Initial consulting or relevant industry experience (typically 1-3 years)
- Understanding of organisational design and governance, or transformation concepts
- Exposure to transformation levers such as cost optimisation, capability building and integration
- Familiarity with delivery tools (e.g. OrgVue, Jira, Planview) or willingness to learn
- Familiarity with delivery methodologies (eg. Agile at Scale, OKRs) and how they support delivery
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and with clients
- Proactive approach to learning and development
