Job Summary
Coordinate leadership development programs and coaching administration within Learning & Organisational Development. Responsibilities include scheduling, communications, attendance tracking, logistics, participant matching, progress tracking, survey administration and reporting, data maintenance across systems, preparing program materials, supporting evaluation and continuous improvement, and contributing to process improvements. Ideal candidates have experience in HR/OD coordination, strong administration and program coordination skills, familiarity with data analytics and employee surveys, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while building relationships across all levels. Desirable qualifications include tertiary studies in HR, Psychology, Business, OD or related disciplines. Hybrid working arrangement in St Leonards, NSW.
