Job Summary
Organisational Change Support Officer in Canberra's Department of Veterans’ Affairs, Brisbane/QLD hybrid role supporting the Prioritise Veterans' Wellness and Treatment Program. Responsibilities include supporting change management plans and artefacts, conducting change impact assessments, maintaining registers (impacts, risks, issues, stakeholders), readiness and deployment planning, stakeholder engagement activities, gathering feedback, communicating with internal/external audiences, drafting staff updates and veteran-facing materials, coordinating training needs and logistics, developing training materials, and contributing to governance, reporting, and secretariat services. Requires experience in change management or project delivery, strong organisational skills, stakeholder engagement ability, capability to support training coordination, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Security clearance baseline is required. Typical arrangement combines three days in the office and two days remote, with a 12-month contract term and potential extensions. Salary is quoted as $90-$110 per hour (inc. super).
