Organisational Change Manager - ITIL / ServiceNow project

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end organisational change activities for a major ServiceNow consolidation and unification program within an IT environment. Drive change strategy, business readiness, engagement across business, technology and operations, and adoption of new ways of working. Role entails developing and executing change management plans, stakeholder impact assessments, communications, training, and reporting to program leadership; collaborate with Program Managers, Delivery Leads, SMEs and stakeholders to enable successful ITSM transformation and platform uplift in a hybrid, North Ryde–based environment.
Required Qualifications
- 6–10 years’ overall experience, with 3+ years’ experience delivering organisational change across complex business and technology environments
- Proven experience leading end-to-end change strategy, impact assessment and delivery for large-scale transformation initiatives
- Experience working across both business and technology delivery teams
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
- Experience operating within complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders
- Strong business readiness, communications and training capability
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving delivery environments
- Change management certification such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent is highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience supporting IT Service Management (ITSM) transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow environments, including consolidation, process uplift or platform transformation
- Experience with ITSM processes such as incident management, problem management and knowledge management
- Exposure to AI-enabled capabilities within IT service delivery and knowledge management
