Job Summary
Apply formal change methodology and frameworks to support clients with technology-driven transformation. Lead cross-functional teams on change management deliverables, articulate compelling change cases, and coach Change Sponsors on messaging and influence. Establish Change Networks to facilitate two-way communication, measure readiness and adoption, and produce data-driven outputs on impacts and risks. Identify internal and client-facing stakeholders, execute integrated communications strategies, and develop training plans for organizational readiness. Assess current versus future state gaps and manage OCM activities within larger ERP transformation programs, specifically for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting and delivering change management activities for Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance & Operations) transformation programs
- Experience leading organizational change management for Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance & Operations) implementations
- Strong understanding of ERP transformation programs, including business process change, operating model impacts, and adoption across complex organizations
- Experience supporting change initiatives within large-scale, multi-entity organizations and environments with varying levels of change maturity
- Demonstrated ability to deliver stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communications, training, readiness, and adoption activities for ERP programs
- Experience working in multi-functional and complex teams
- Working knowledge of change management frameworks and methods
- Expert knowledge in two or more areas of change capability
- Experience with end to end change initiatives in the technology space

- Experience leading organizational change management for Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance & Operations) implementations will be highly regarded
- Expert knowledge in two or more areas of change capability, with exposure to end to end change initiatives in the technology space advantageous
- Ability to develop videos and other creative communication content
- Ability to assess training needs and produce training materials (skills in using online learning tools are welcome)
