Job Summary
Own end-to-end organic social channels across Instagram, TikTok, X, and emerging platforms with strategy development, content creation, scheduling, and publishing; produce culturally relevant, platform-native content around live events, sports, and entertainment moments; shoot and edit short-form video; track performance metrics and optimize strategy; manage community engagement and comments; collaborate with marketing, partnerships, PR, and creative to support campaigns and tentpole moments; build and maintain the content calendar; evangelize organic social internally and stay ahead of platform changes.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in organic social media and content strategy
- Experience in sports, live events, or ticketing is a strong plus
- Hands-on content creation experience, including shooting and editing short-form video (CapCut, Adobe Premiere)
- Strong editorial instincts and distinctive writing voice
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills
- Experience partnering with creative teams and executing within brand guidelines
- Deep familiarity with social search and AI search optimization
- Ability to manage a content calendar across multiple platforms
- Data-driven mindset with experience reporting on channel performance
