Organic Growth Team – Operations Lead

Job Summary
Identify growth opportunities by analyzing operational, financial, and customer data to pinpoint performance gaps limiting organic revenue. Partner with hub leadership and sales teams to resolve staffing, scheduling, and installation constraints that block revenue execution. Lead targeted initiatives with clear metrics to drive improvements in capacity, productivity, and backlog reduction while establishing repeatable processes for long-term sustainability. Deploy to one to two hubs at a time within a semi-autonomous team, working alongside local leadership to standardize proven practices across the organization. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday with flexibility for evenings or weekends, and up to 50% travel is required to support operational initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive operations, service, installation, branch, or field leadership experience
- Demonstrated track record of improving operational performance and business results
- Strong understanding of service and installation operations
- Experience managing geographically dispersed or field-based teams
- Demonstrated ability to identify root causes and implement practical solutions
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities, including understanding of revenue, productivity, utilization, and margin drivers
- Ability to influence local leadership and drive change without relying solely on direct authority
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a multi-location environment
- Willingness to travel extensively and work directly within assigned hubs
- Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, with flexibility required to support business needs, including occasional evenings or weekends
- Occasional travel may be required (up to 50%) to support operational initiatives
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and navigate job site environments for extended periods
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in fire, security, field services, EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction), commercial construction, or another operationally complex service environment strongly preferred
- Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, or high-growth organizations preferred
