Job Summary
Define global frameworks for audience growth, reach, and content discoverability. Analyze performance metrics including reach, retention, and search visibility to identify scalable opportunities. Translate complex analytics into clear strategic direction for regional and creative teams. Design and oversee experimentation roadmaps covering formats, hooks, and distribution channels. Guide local teams to improve performance across diverse markets while defining content positioning per platform. Align with Creative and Marketing groups to connect storytelling with core business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in Growth, Social Strategy, or Audience Development
- Strong analytical mindset with experience turning data into strategy
- Experience guiding teams and setting direction (not just executing)
- Proven track record driving audience growth through organic channels
- Solid understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Full professional English (C1+)
