Job Summary
Organ Health Specialist (Abdominal Transplant) to drive adoption of Prospera and Renasight across a multi-state Southeast region by cultivating deep clinical relationships with transplant centers, nephrologists, and surgeons. Role focuses on navigating complex accounts, delivering data-driven presentations, and expanding use of genetic testing solutions, with travel 3–4 days per week. Responsibilities include exceeding regional sales goals, developing tailored business plans, educating stakeholders on clinical utility and health economics, cultivating KOLs in the abdominal transplant space, collaborating with MSLs and managed care, and ensuring seamless onboarding and client experience. Ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least 6 years of sales experience in transplant diagnostics, LDTs, or related fields, and existing relationships with transplant professionals; strong problem-solving, strategic agility, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive, high-performance sales experience
- Experience in transplant diagnostics, transplant therapeutics (specialty pharma), or LDTs
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a diverse, multi-state geography with varying institutional protocols
- Proven track record of closing deals, driving growth, and building client relationships
- Experience launching new products and building a brand in the transplant market
