As an OREO Packaging Operator, you will independently operate and maintain equipment to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in the manufacturing process. You will execute standard work processes, report losses in your area, and contribute to the achievement of business goals. The role requires a desire to improve system performance, adherence to safety processes, and collaboration within a diverse work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience operating machines with coaching
- Understanding safety and quality standards for operating machines
- Ability to read and write
- Fluency in the language of communication as appropriate to the site
