Scrub, assist the circulator, and manage supplies for surgical procedures in the operating room. Set up and break down cases, restock rooms to meet par levels, and prepare the next day's schedule. Operate sterilizers, lights, and suction machines while ensuring proper instrument counts and sterile technique. Clean operating rooms between cases, disinfect surfaces, and verify medication details with the circulator. Anticipate surgeon needs, pass instruments, and assist with patient positioning and specimen preservation. Maintain equipment integrity and follow exposure control plans. Assist other operating rooms for coverage and perform other assigned duties.
