Job Summary
Regional Psychiatrist in Oregon leading psychiatric clinical programs across facilities, providing medical leadership, clinical oversight of nurse practitioners/physician assistants, medication management, treatment planning, and collaboration with facility leadership and multidisciplinary teams. Role includes hybrid virtual and in-person travel to facilities, ongoing training, and coordination with the Chief Medical Officer and regional psychiatrists to implement best practices for the region.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a residency training program in psychiatry
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
- Unrestricted licensure as a physician in the applicable state, including ability to prescribe controlled substances
- Licensed by the applicable State Board of Pharmacy in good standing to prescribe controlled substances
