Oregon | Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – PMHNP – Telehealth Addiction & Mental Health Care

Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations for individuals with substance use and mental health disorders. Deliver evidence-based treatment, prescribe medications including Suboxone where appropriate, and answer member questions while completing documentation in the Healthie EHR. Collaborate with counselors, therapists, and case managers through occasional scheduled team meetings. Maintain an active, unrestricted Oregon PMHNP license and DEA registration to manage care for members facing behavioral health challenges. Requires full-time or part-time status with a quiet, private office and reliable internet for HIPAA-compliant visits.
