Job Summary
Conduct intake assessments to evaluate member readiness and determine appropriate levels of care, then facilitate group and one-on-one counseling sessions using Affect's evidence-based curriculum. Provide crisis support and coordinate referrals as needed while maintaining timely, accurate documentation in the electronic medical record system. Collaborate with clinical supervisors on treatment and discharge planning, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and Oregon state regulations. Must reside in Oregon with an active CADC-I, II, or III license (or LCSW, LMFT, LPC) and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace. Full-time remote role with a salary commensurate with experience and license.
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in Oregon and provide telehealth services from Oregon residence
- Active and verifiable Oregon counseling licenses of CADC-I, CADC-II, CADC-III, (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite, EMR systems, and telehealth platforms
- Have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet
