Job Summary
Role: Ordinary Seaman (OS) responsible for assisting with deck operations, navigation, cargo handling, ballast handling, mooring, anchoring, and general vessel maintenance to ensure safe, secure, and environmentally compliant operations. Must apply knowledge of SOLAS, MARPOL, and flag state regulations; perform deck maintenance and housekeeping; operate deck machinery; execute risk assessments and emergency procedures; proficient in rope work, knots, splices, and proper mooring/anchoring techniques; maintain good communication and reporting.
