Job Summary
Order and Demand Consultant at Caterpillar leading the machine order management process adaptation to digital platforms (e.g., SAP/CMOPS). Responsible for providing guidance on order management, invoicing questions, training users on new digital platforms, leading change management activities, and delivering superior customer support across order management systems. Collaborates with IT, tax, accounting, manufacturing, product distribution, and business units; identifies continuous-improvement opportunities using lean thinking and modern digital tools; participates in blueprinting through go-live, testing, system setup, and defining roles and responsibilities. Travel ~10% and on-site five days a week in Piracicaba, Brazil. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and hands-on experience with SAP/CMOPS, with preferred emphasis on process design, SAP governance, data compliance, customer-focused delivery, and strong analytical and communication skills.
