Job Summary
The Orders Coordinator provides administrative support in inputting medical record information and processing outbound orders, follow-up on pending orders, and system documentation of completed orders. This position also services as backup support for receptionists and administrative assistant. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent; proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication skills; and experience in a healthcare/office environment. Preferred experience with Home Bases and Meditech; valid driver’s license and auto insurance; one year of office experience; and experience in home care/hospice office settings.

- Knowledge of general office and administrative practices/procedures
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
