Order Validation Specialist

Job Summary
The Order Validation Specialist monitors and improve processes relative to the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of the reimbursement information requirements of order processing activities. Responsibilities include performing final review of orders and supporting documentation to qualify for release and bill, monitoring the accuracy of qualified sales orders, returning non-qualifying orders to the responsible party with the reason, logging initial PARs and CMNs, reporting error trends for training and system-configuration improvements, and ensuring complete orders are confirmed within 24 hours of delivery. Requires strong Medicare/Medicaid/Commercial payer CMN experience, Brightree proficiency, excellent communication, teamwork, and detailed data-entry skills. Education required: high school diploma or GED equivalence.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited high school or GED equivalence
- Strong Medicare, Medicaid & Commercial Payer HME CMN experience (2 yr min)
- Experience in HME/DME referral intake and/or billing preferred
- Brightree experience a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- TEAM Player with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Extensive computer use requiring strong typing ability
- Strong telephone skills
